學生生活輔導是學務工作的重點，其主要目標在幫助學生適應環境，發揮其個人的價值與自主精神，健全成長，堂堂正正做人，規規矩矩做事，期成為社會中堅，國家的棟樑。

凡我全體訓輔同仁，均應體認國家百年樹人的重責大任，抱服務奉獻之赤忱，發揮愛心、耐心、關心；勤於接近學生、瞭解學生、幫助學生，以達成輔導目標。

目前在工作上雖無法達到盡善盡美，但在全體訓輔同仁努力下，我們將戮力達成所望。
